In these Terms: “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Sports-IQ. “User”, “you”, “your” means any person accessing or using the Service. “Content” means all data, ratings, statistics, models, outputs, visuals, text and materials made available through the Service. “Subscription” means any paid access plan offered by us.

2.1 By using the Service you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you will comply with these Terms.

2.2 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.1 Certain features require registration or a paid Subscription.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.

3.3 You are responsible for all activity under your account, and must keep your login details confidential.

3.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised use or a breach of these Terms.

All purchases and subscriptions are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law we operate a strict no-refunds policy, including for unused subscription periods, partial months, and account termination for breach. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.

5.1 We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any Content; use the Service for commercial exploitation; use the Content to build competing products; or reverse engineer, extract or republish platform outputs.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You must not, directly or indirectly, misuse the Service, interfere with platform performance, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, introduce malware, scripts or harmful code, or use the Service unlawfully or abusively. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

You are strictly prohibited from using any automated means to access the Service, including bots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, automated scripts and API-style harvesting. Any attempt to extract, replicate, monitor or reuse Content outside normal human browsing is a material breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, implement technical countermeasures, suspend or permanently ban accounts, pursue civil claims for damages and loss of revenue, and report conduct under applicable computer misuse and data protection laws.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content – including models, analytics, derived statistics, pricing data, ratings, visual tools and site design – are owned by Sports-IQ or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.

The Service is provided for normal individual usage. Excessive, abusive or unreasonable usage (as determined by us) may result in restricted access, suspension or termination. We may monitor usage patterns to enforce fair use limits.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or accept responsibility for third-party content, services or policies. Access is at your own risk.

We provide data and analytics for informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, betting or investment advice.

For the avoidance of doubt: no product on this site outputs a win probability, and none should be read as one. Match Intelligence, Serve-IQ, Return-IQ, Matchup-IQ, Profile-IQ, Performance-IQ, Match Environment and any backtest shown are descriptions of past and present evidence. They are not predictions of results.

You acknowledge that betting and trading involve risk, that losses may occur, and that decisions are solely your responsibility. We accept no liability for financial outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Content will always be accurate or complete, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Subscription during that period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in scraping or automated access, misuse the platform, or act unlawfully. Upon termination your licence ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
